At Halo’s Hygienic Housecleaning, LLC., we understand life gets busy. Work, family, pets, travel, and everyday responsibilities can make it difficult to prepare your home before your scheduled cleaning.

Our Tidy-Up Service is a separate, time-based service designed for residential clients who need help preparing and organizing their home. It may be scheduled before your regular cleaning or as a stand-alone service.

Why Is Tidy-Up Separate From Cleaning?

Professional cleaning requires access to floors, countertops, sinks, furniture, bathrooms, bedrooms, and other surfaces.

When these areas are covered with clothing, shoes, dishes, paperwork, toys, or other belongings, additional time is needed before cleaning can begin.

Residents have the option to prepare their home beforehand and save money or schedule Tidy-Up Service and let us take care of the preparation.

Two Options — You Choose

Option 1: Prepare Your Home & Save $$

Before your housecleaner arrives, you can:

• Pick up clothing, shoes, toys, and personal belongings
• Clear floors and furniture
• Clear countertops, tables, and sinks
• Take care of dishes and laundry
• Put away household items
• Remove general clutter from areas being cleaned

Preparing beforehand allows us to spend more of your scheduled time actually cleaning, which may reduce the total service time and help you save money.

Option 2: Schedule Tidy-Up Service

Don’t have time to prepare? Halo can do it for you.

Schedule additional Tidy-Up time before your cleaning, and we can prepare and organize the requested areas before professional cleaning begins.

Tidy-Up Services May Include:

• Professional organizing
• Decluttering and household organization
• Picking up clothing, shoes, toys, and belongings
• Clearing countertops, tables, sinks, floors, and furniture
• Sorting and organizing personal belongings
• Closet and cabinet organization
• Packing and unpacking
• Moving and downsizing preparation
• Laundry — washing, drying, folding, and putting away
• Ironing clothing and linens
• Making and changing beds
• Washing and putting away dishes
• Loading and unloading the dishwasher
• Organizing kitchens, bedrooms, closets, and household areas
• Putting away groceries and household supplies
• Gathering towels and linens
• Taking out garbage and recycling
• Preparing rooms and surfaces for professional cleaning
• Other household projects by request

How Does It Work?

If your home is already prepared when we arrive, your scheduled cleaning can begin as planned.

If you need assistance beforehand, schedule Tidy-Up Service so additional time can be reserved. Tidy-Up time is based on the amount of work requested and is separate from your professional cleaning time.

Once the requested preparation is completed, your regular cleaning can begin.

Tidy-Up Service may also be scheduled by itself when you need professional organizing, packing, unpacking, sorting, laundry, ironing, or other household assistance without a cleaning appointment.

48-Hour Advance Scheduling Required

Tidy-Up Service must be requested and scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

Advance scheduling allows us to reserve enough time for your Tidy-Up Service and cleaning appointment without affecting other clients.

Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice or at the time of your cleaning appointment cannot be guaranteed.
