Refrigerator & Freezer Cleaning

Interior cleaning includes accessible shelves, drawers, compartments, and interior surfaces.

Small: $50
Medium: $60
Large: $75
Extra Large: $100

Heavy buildup, spoiled food, excessive grease, mold, or unusual conditions may require additional labor and an individual quote.

Interior Stove & Oven Cleaning

Cleaning may include the interior oven cavity, accessible racks, interior door, and removal of ordinary grease and food buildup.

Standard Interior Stove/Oven: Starting at $50

Commercial ovens, oversized appliances, excessive grease buildup, or specialty cooking equipment require an individual assessment and quote.

Blind Cleaning

Small: $10 each
Medium: $20 each
Large: $30 each
Extra Large: $75 each

Includes dusting and wiping accessible blind surfaces.

Excessive grease, nicotine residue, heavy buildup, delicate materials, or specialty blinds may require additional labor.

Wall Washing

$10 per wall

Wall washing may include removal of accessible dust, fingerprints, light marks, surface dirt, and washable residue.

Oversized commercial walls, high walls, excessive grease, nicotine residue, or areas requiring specialized equipment may be quoted separately.

Permanent stains, discoloration, paint damage, mold, or pre-existing surface damage cannot be guaranteed to be removed.

Doors & Door Frames

Detailed washing of accessible doors and door frames to remove dust, fingerprints, smudges, dirt, and ordinary surface buildup.

Door & Frame Washing: $5 each

Heavy grease, adhesive residue, permanent stains, paint, or specialty surfaces may require additional labor.

Window Screens

Standard Window Screen: $5 each

Cleaning includes removal of accessible dust, dirt, and ordinary surface buildup.

Screens must be safely accessible and in serviceable condition. Pre-existing tears, brittle screens, damaged frames, or other existing damage will be documented when identified.

Retractable Sliding Screens

Retractable Sliding Screen: $10 each

Cleaning includes accessible screen material, tracks, and surrounding surfaces when appropriate.

Damaged, fragile, jammed, or improperly functioning retractable screens may be excluded from service to prevent further damage.

Baseboard Whitening

Available Upon Request

For commercial properties needing more than standard baseboard cleaning, baseboard whitening may be requested to help restore a cleaner, brighter appearance.

Pricing is based on the condition, material, staining, discoloration, and total linear footage of the baseboards.

Pricing: Individual Timing Assessment

Results may vary. Permanent staining, aging, paint deterioration, pre-existing damage, or discoloration may not be completely removable.

Small: $25
Medium: $30
Large: $50
Extra Large: $100

Cleaning may include accessible exterior surfaces, hearths, mantels, surrounding areas, and ordinary dust and debris.

This service does not include chimney sweeping, hazardous soot remediation, structural repairs, or specialized fireplace maintenance.
