Our Commercial Cleaning Checklist provides a clear overview of the standard cleaning tasks that may be included in your customized service plan. During your complimentary in-person assessment, we evaluate your facility, cleaning priorities, property condition, and service frequency to determine the appropriate cleaning routine for your business. Your final checklist and scope of work will be customized to your property and approved before services begin.

Final Cleaning Inspection

Before leaving the property:

Breakroom/kitchenette checked
Garbage removed
Floors completed
High-touch surfaces completed
Cleaning supplies and equipment removed
Wet-floor signs removed when floors are dry and safe
Lights adjusted according to client instructions
Doors secured according to client instructions
Alarm/security procedures followed
Final walkthrough completed

Customized Commercial Cleaning

Not every commercial property requires every service listed above.

During the complimentary in-person assessment, Halo’s Hygienic Housecleaning, LLC. will determine which cleaning tasks apply to the property and create a cleaning plan based on the facility, condition, frequency, industry, and client’s priorities.

Commercial Cleaning Only

This checklist applies to the client’s approved commercial cleaning service. Additional Add-On Services, organizational projects, Tidy-Up Services, specialty projects, and services outside the approved commercial cleaning scope are not included unless separately requested and approved.
