Weekend residential cleanings are reserved exclusively for emergency or last-minute situations and are subject to double the regular hourly rate. Weekends are generally reserved for personal time and are available on a limited basis.

Residential Cleaning Rates

Monday–Friday

Homes with pets: $50.00 per hour

Homes without pets: $45.00 per hour

Minimum appointment: 4 hours

Emergency Weekend Rates

Homes with pets: $100.00 per hour

Homes without pets: $90.00 per hour

Minimum appointment: 4 hours

• Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
• Approximate square footage (if known)
• Type of cleaning requested
• Whether pets are present
• Areas needing special attention
• Any requested add-on services

Every home is unique. I cannot provide an accurate cleaning time or final price without first viewing your home. Factors such as square footage, condition, buildup, pets, organization, or pickup before cleaning. Final pricing and estimated cleaning time are provided after the walkthrough.
