Ensure gates, fences, kennels, and designated pet areas are secure before our arrival.
Inform us if there are rooms your pets should not enter or areas that should remain closed.

Containing pets during your cleaning appointment helps prevent accidental escapes, injuries, distractions, and interruptions while allowing us to clean your home safely and efficiently.

If a pet has had an accident before your scheduled appointment, the affected area must be cleaned and sanitized by the homeowner before we begin service.

Cleaning, disinfecting, or removing pet waste is outside the scope of our residential cleaning services, and we are not responsible for cleaning up after pets.

Pet Cage & Animal Enclosure Policy

For the health and safety of both our staff and your pets, Halo’s Hygienic Housecleaning, LLC. does not clean, empty, maintain, or sanitize any type of animal enclosure.

If animal waste, excessive pet contamination, biohazards, or unsafe sanitary conditions are present, Halo’s Hygienic Housecleaning reserves the right to postpone or decline cleaning services until the affected areas have been properly cleaned and sanitized by the homeowner or an appropriate remediation service.
