For the safety of your pets and our cleaning technician, we kindly ask that pets be secured, supervised, or kept in a separate area of the home whenever possible during your scheduled cleaning appointment.

Stress or anxiety from vacuum cleaners and cleaning equipment
Injuries involving extension cords, ladders, buckets, or cleaning supplies
Interruptions that may delay your scheduled cleaning service

Pet sit or babysit animals
Walk pets
Feed or water pets

Let pets outside or bring them back inside

For the health and safety of everyone, Halo’s Hygienic Housecleaning does not clean or handle:

Pet urine
Pet feces
Vomit
Puppy pads
Litter boxes
Pet accidents
Animal waste of any kind

Areas containing pet waste must be cleaned and sanitized before your scheduled appointment.

🐦 Animal Enclosures

For health and safety reasons, we do not clean:

Bird cages
Reptile habitats
Aquariums
Fish tanks
Small animal cages
Kennels
Pet crates
Other animal enclosures

🐕 Pet Responsibility

Homeowners are responsible for:

Their pet’s care, supervision, and behavior
Informing us of aggressive, fearful, anxious, or escape-prone pets before the appointment
Securing pets if needed during service
Any damages or injuries caused by their pets

Halo’s Hygienic Housecleaning, LLC is not responsible for the care, supervision, health, behavior, or safety of pets during your cleaning appointment.
