Emergency Commercial Pricing
Emergency commercial cleaning is billed at double our standard commercial cleaning rates due to the after-hours, last-minute, and weekend scheduling required.

Detailed / Heavy Commercial Cleaning
Starting at $1.80 per square foot
4-Hour Minimum Appointment
A 4-hour minimum applies to emergency commercial cleaning appointments.
Final pricing depends on the property’s square footage, condition, level of cleaning required, accessibility, and requested services.
