Client Service Agreement
1. Agreement Overview
This Client Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Halo’s Hygienic Housecleaning, LLC (“Company”) and the undersigned Client: ________________________By signing, booking, or receiving services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms, pricing, policies, and liability conditions outlined in this Agreement. 2. Scope of Services
The Company provides residential cleaning services including deep cleaning, recurring cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, tidy-up services, add-on services, and other agreed residential cleaning tasks based on the service scope determined during booking or walkthrough. (Client Initials: ________)
3. Initial Walkthrough & Assessment
An initial walkthrough may be conducted to assess the home, determine scope, and estimate service time. The Client agrees to disclose all known or pre-existing conditions, damages, hazards, or special instructions prior to service. Failure to disclose may affect pricing, service time, and liability coverage. (Client Initials: ________)
4. Pricing & Payment Terms
Deep cleaning is billed at $50.00 per hour with pets and $45.00 per hour without pets. Recurring cleaning is billed at $45.00 per hour with pets and $40.00 per hour without pets. Tidy-up services are billed at the applicable hourly rate based on pet status.
Hazardous conditions involving rotted food, contamination, or unsafe environments are billed at $200.00 per hour. (Client Initials: ________)
5. Condition of Home
The Client acknowledges that heavily soiled, cluttered, or neglected homes may require additional labor time, adjusted pricing, or modified service scope based on actual conditions discovered upon arrival. (Client Initials: ________)
6. Access to Property
The Client agrees to provide full and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide access will result in a lockout fee or cancellation charge. (Client Initials: ________)
7. Cancellation, Lockout & Illness Policy
Cancellation Policy
The Client must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service fee. (Client Initials: ________)
Lockout / No Access Policy
If the Company cannot access the property at the scheduled time for any reason, including locked doors, incorrect access details, or Client unavailability, the appointment will be considered a lockout and charged at 100% of the service fee. (Client Initials: ________)
Sickness / Illness Policy
If any household member is ill, showing contagious symptoms, or exposed to a communicable disease, the Client must cancel immediately. The Company may refuse service for health and safety reasons. Service may resume once the home has been properly disinfected and is safe for entry. (Client Initials: ________)
8. Liability & Insurance
The Company is licensed, registered, and insured. Liability coverage applies only to accidental damage directly caused during service. The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, structural weaknesses, or improperly installed fixtures. Liability is limited to the cost of service or applicable insurance coverage. (Client Initials: ________)
9. Pre-Existing & Known Conditions
The Client agrees to disclose all known or pre-existing conditions including damage, stains, hazards, fragile surfaces, or material deterioration. The Company is not responsible for undisclosed conditions or damage resulting from pre-existing weaknesses. (Client Initials: ________)
10. Fragile & High-Value Items
The Client is responsible for securing all fragile, valuable, sentimental, or irreplaceable items including electronics, jewelry, glass, documents, and collectibles. The Company is not liable for items not secured prior to service. (Client Initials: ________)
11. Damage Reporting
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with written notice and photographic evidence. Valid claims may result in repair, replacement, reimbursement, or service credit at the Company’s discretion. Late reports may not be eligible for review. (Client Initials: ________)
12. Health & Safety
The Company reserves the right to refuse, pause, or terminate service if unsafe, hazardous, or biohazard conditions are present including mold, pests, waste contamination, or structural hazards. (Client Initials: ________)
13. Client Conduct
The Client agrees to maintain respectful and professional conduct toward Company representatives. The Company may terminate service immediately in cases of harassment, unsafe behavior, or abuse, with applicable charges for time on-site. (Client Initials: ________)
14. Pet Policy
The Client is responsible for securing all pets during service. The Company is not responsible for pet behavior, escape, injury, or incidents during cleaning. Additional charges may apply for excessive pet hair, waste, or unsafe animal conditions. (Client Initials: ________)
15. Key Entry & Access
If keys, codes, or access instructions are provided, the Company will handle them with reasonable care. The Company is not responsible for building access system failures, lock malfunctions, or third-party entry issues. (Client Initials: ________)
16. Photography & Marketing Use
The Company may take before-and-after photos for quality assurance, training, and marketing purposes, including use on websites, Google, and social media. No personal identifying information will be shared. Clients may opt out by providing written notice before service. (Client Initials: ________)
17. Add-On, Tidy-Up & Additional Services
Tidy-Up Service
Tidy-Up Service is a light maintenance cleaning and organization service intended to reset and maintain livable order between deep or recurring cleanings. It includes light surface cleaning, room resetting, basic organization, trash removal, and general home tidying. It is billed at the applicable hourly rate and is not a substitute for deep cleaning. Add-On Services
Add-on services include cabinet and pantry organization, window and blind cleaning, wall washing, laundry and linen reset, and light organizational support. (Client Initials: ________)
Additional Requested Services
The Client may request services outside standard offerings. These will be evaluated for safety, scope, and feasibility and billed based on labor, time, and materials required. The Company reserves the right to decline any request outside operational scope or safety standards. (Client Initials: ________)
18. Entire Agreement
This document represents the full agreement between the Client and Halo’s Hygienic Housecleaning, LLC and supersedes all prior verbal or written agreements. (Client Initials: ________)
