Yes. Every new client receives a complimentary on-site walkthrough. This allows us to evaluate your home, discuss your priorities, answer your questions, and prepare a customized cleaning plan with an accurate estimate.

Every home is unique. During the walkthrough we evaluate:

Is there a charge for the walkthrough?
No. Every consultation and walkthrough is completely complimentary and comes with no obligation within the Portland Metro Area.
Client’s that ask for out of town homes will be charged for travel time.
How do I get started?

We’ll evaluate your home, answer your questions, provide a customized estimate, eamil you the estimate & pricing, potential agree to the estimate, agree to terms and services, and lastly get you on the schedule for your first cleaning.

2. Pricing, Estimates & Scheduling
What are your residential hourly rates?
Deep Cleaning
- $50.00 per labor hour — Homes with pets
- $45.00 per labor hour — Homes without pets
Recurring Cleaning
- $45.00 per labor hour — Homes with pets
- $40.00 per labor hour — Homes without pets
Additional Add-On Services, Tidy-Up Services, specialty projects, and homes requiring extensive detailing may require additional labor time and will be discussed during your walkthrough.
What is the general cost of professional residential cleaning?
Professional residential cleaning rates throughout the Portland metropolitan area generally range between $40.00 and $80.00 per labor hour, depending on the level of detail, condition of the home, and services requested.
Why don’t you provide firm estimates over the phone?
While we’re happy to answer questions and discuss general pricing, we do not provide firm estimates over the phone.
Photographs and verbal descriptions cannot accurately show the condition of a home or the amount of detailed work required. Seeing your home in person allows us to prepare a fair, honest, and accurate estimate.
How do you determine the cost and estimated cleaning time?
Rather than using one-size-fits-all pricing, we prepare a customized estimate based on your home’s specific needs.
During your walkthrough, we evaluate:
- Overall size and layout
- Current condition
- Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
- Flooring types
- Condition of hard-surface flooring
- Amount of pet hair and pet dander
- Kitchens and bathrooms

Why does a Deep Cleaning take longer?
A Deep Cleaning restores your home to your desired standard by addressing accumulated dust, buildup, detailing, and areas that may not receive routine attention.
Why is Recurring Cleaning usually about 50% less time?
Once the initial Deep Cleaning has been completed, Recurring Cleaning focuses on maintaining your home’s cleanliness rather than restoring it.
Because the home is professionally maintained on a regular basis, the estimated labor time is often reduced by approximately 50%, although actual times vary depending on the home’s condition and any additional services requested.
Why do Additional Add-On Services and Tidy-Up Services need to be requested 48 hours in advance?
Appointments are scheduled according to the estimated labor time determined during your walkthrough.
If you would like to add Additional Add-On Services, Tidy-Up Services, or significantly expand the scope of your cleaning appointment, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice.
This allows us to:
- Recalculate the estimated labor time
- Adjust your schedule if necessary
- Reserve enough time to complete your home properly
- Avoid delays that may affect other clients scheduled that day
Because appointments are carefully scheduled in advance, another client may already be scheduled before or after your appointment. Same-day additions may not always be possible.
Do you charge by the hour or by the project?
Depending on the services requested, estimates may be based on anticipated labor hours, project scope, or a customized cleaning plan.
Will my estimate ever change?
If the condition of your home, requested services, occupancy, or scope of work changes, your estimate may also change.
We will always discuss any adjustments with you and obtain your approval before performing additional work.

4. Tidy-Up Services & Additional Add-On Services
What is the difference?
Tidy-Up Services focus on organizing and preparing your home before detailed cleaning begins.
Examples include:
- Picking up household items
- Organizing

Additional Add-On Services are specialty cleaning services such as:

5. Cleaning Products
Do you bring supplies?
Yes.
Can I provide my own products?
Absolutely.
Do you offer environmentally conscious products?
Yes. Upon request, we can discuss environmentally conscious, fragrance-free, or low-odor cleaning options.
6. Pets & Children
What if I have pets?
We enjoy meeting our clients’ pets.
For everyone’s safety, we ask that pets be secured whenever necessary while equipment and cleaning products are being used.
What if I have children at home?
Children should remain safely away from active work areas and cleaning equipment.
7. Payment & Policies
How do I pay?
Invoices are sent through QuickBooks following your scheduled cleaning.
When is payment due?

What is your cancellation policy?
We request 48 hours’ notice.
- Less than 24 hours: $100 cancellation fee.
- Same-day cancellations: Charged for the scheduled service.
What if I cannot provide access?
