The total cost of your cleaning service is based on the size and condition of the property, square footage, number of rooms, flooring types, pets, requested services, level of detail, and the estimated labor hours required to complete the work.

Every new client receives a complimentary on-site walkthrough, allowing us to evaluate your property and create a customized cleaning plan designed specifically for your needs.

High-Risk Cleaning Environments

Approved high-risk cleaning requiring specialized Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

$200 per hour

Halo’s Hygienic Housecleaning reserves the right to refuse any cleaning project that presents an unsafe working environment.

Emergency Weekend Cleaning

Halo’s Hygienic Housecleaning, LLC. is closed on Saturdays and Sundays to allow time for rest, family, and personal commitments.

When unexpected situations arise, we may accept Emergency Weekend Cleaning Services based on availability.

Because weekend appointments require staff to work outside of normal business hours, all emergency weekend services are billed at double our standard hourly rates.

Payment Policy

Payment is due upon arrival or before completion of service unless prior billing arrangements have been approved.

Invoices are emailed through QuickBooks.

Returned Payments: $50 Fee

Cancellation Policy

Please provide 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling.

• Less than 24 hours notice — $100 Cancellation Fee
• Same-Day Cancellation — 100% of Scheduled Service 4 hours x $50 = $200
• Lock-Out / No Access — 100% of Scheduled Service 4 hours x $50 = $200

Exceptions may be considered for illness, emergencies, or hazardous conditions.
