How Does Our FREE In-Home Assessment Work?
At Halo’s Hygienic Housecleaning, LLC., we understand that every home, business, and property has different cleaning needs. That’s why we offer a complimentary in-home or on-site assessment of up to one hour before services begin.
The assessment gives us an opportunity to walk through your property together, discuss your priorities, understand the surfaces and materials being cleaned, and determine which services best fit your needs.
During Your Assessment, Halo Will Ask:
• When was your home or property last professionally deep cleaned?
• What areas are your highest cleaning priorities?
• Are there any allergies, sensitivities, or health-related cleaning considerations we should know about?
• Do you have pets? We are a pet-friendly cleaning company.
• What types of flooring are throughout the property—hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, carpet, natural stone, or another material?
• What type of paint or finish is on the walls?
• Do you have specialty surfaces such as granite, marble, quartz, tile, natural stone, stainless steel, or finished wood?
• Are there surfaces that require specific cleaning products or special care?
• Are there any pre-existing stains, damage, mold, mildew, or heavy buildup?
• Are there areas, belongings, or surfaces you do not want cleaned or moved?
• Would you like any Additional Add-On Services?
• Would you like a separate Tidy-Up Service for organization, decluttering, dishes, laundry, bed making, packing, sorting, or other household projects?
• Are there any access, parking, security, or safety considerations?
We also evaluate the property’s size, overall condition, level of buildup, cleaning frequency, and estimated time required to complete the requested services.
Your Customized Cleaning Plan
After the walkthrough, Halo’s Hygienic Housecleaning, LLC. prepares a customized written cleaning plan and estimate based on your property, priorities, and requested services.
For larger projects, services may also be divided into stages to help accommodate your priorities and budget.
What Happens After the Assessment?
After your assessment, we will email you a copy of the information discussed during the walkthrough. Depending on your requested services, this may include:
• Your cleaning priorities
• Recommended cleaning services
• Customized scope of work
• Estimated cleaning time
• Pricing and estimated cost
• Additional Add-On Services, if requested
• Tidy-Up Services, if requested
• Special instructions
• Property or surface considerations
You can then review everything before making a decision.
The Process Is Simple:
1. FREE Assessment
We walk through the property together and discuss your cleaning needs and priorities.
2. Receive Your Written Estimate
We email you your customized cleaning plan, scope of work, and pricing.
3. Accept, Decline or Request Changes
You have an opportunity to review everything and decide whether you would like to move forward.
4. Sign Your Cleaning Contract
If you accept the services, the appropriate cleaning agreement is completed so both parties have a clear understanding of the services, pricing, and policies.
5. Schedule Your Cleaning
Once your agreement is completed, we schedule your first cleaning appointment.
Clear Communication From the Beginning
Our assessment process is designed to make sure you understand what will be cleaned, what services you are receiving, what the estimated cost will be, and what to expect before your first cleaning appointment.
The complimentary assessment is not the cleaning appointment itself. It is the first step toward creating the right cleaning plan for your property.
